At Bug-A-Salt Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your insect-eradication gear. If your product is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Canadian support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the Bug-A-Salt and any accessories in their original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated Ontario return center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
